If there's a color that can instantly cheer me up (that isn't rainbow lol) it's yellow! I love how bright the color is, how it reminds me of sunshine and how much it can brighten up an outfit! These yellow ears from Viva La Mouse aren't just bright and happy but also super comfortable as well as light. Perfect for a long day of park hopping without having to worry about a headache. Here are 4 ways I styled these beautiful ears: The weather where I currently live has been a mixture of a lot of cool breezes so this sweater from Oh Yeah Apparel was the perfect choice for this morning. Super soft and light, I didn't want to take it off at all! Most sizes are sold out but you can find it here. The glasses were from the JunkFood Clothing and Disney collaboration with Target last summer. Paired with my favorite jeans from Levi's and my favorite red Toms, this was the perfect outfit for a cool morning. I don't know if you've guessed it already but I love rainbow anything. This shirt from Mainstreet Michi (found here) is the perfect tee to go with these bright ears. A neutral color like this one really makes them pop but new shades are also available! I styled this shirt with super bright shorts from Forever 21 (all sold out online), my favorite bright red Minnie Mouse backpack from Loungefly, my favorite Alex and Anis as well as a briar rose gold bow band from Mouse on Main Street (found here). I felt beyond retro with this outfit and can't wait to wear it again. I'm not one to Disney bound often but I accidentally did a Snow White bound when I put this outfit together. The necklace is from Extras by O, the amazing glittertastic tee is from Pretty Little Monograms and believe it or not, I got this beautiful red sequin skirt from the girls section at Target. This was during the holidays and not available anymore. I'm not the biggest Snow White fan but I loved putting this bound together! I love her color schemes and the yellow ears were the inspiration for creating this outfit. Lastly, I wanted to do a fun outfit with this tee. The yellow ears really makes the yellow in the tee pop and instead of grabbing the jeans I originally was planning to wear, I opted for this fun plaid skirt I got from Forever 21 last fall. The tee is from The Lost Bros (most sizes still available and can be found here). I love the nostalgia this tee brings because I am a huge fan of the Carousel of Progress at Magic Kingdom. I can sing the song all day and not be bothered by it.
As you can see, these yellow ears are beyond versatile! So many outfit possibilities and so little time! How would you style these ears? Let me know in the comments below and I'll be back soon with another How To!
